If you wish to apply for a loan, get pre-approved, or obtain mortgage information we will collect certain personal information from you. The types of information we collect are name and email address so that you may register. Once you have registered and began the process of applying for a loan we will ask for additional information such as address, social security number, date of birth, marital status, and number of dependents. We will also ask for the property location, employment information such as positions, and earnings, assets you may have and types of bank accounts, housing expenses and your current income, and any declarations. Once you have submitted your request you will be contacted by one of our loan officers to complete the process.

6PL collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes.

If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the client that you interact with directly. If the Client requests 6PL to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 days.
6PL will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. 6PL will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
